Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent work experience; the ability to work well in a team environment; strong leadership skills; committed to service, quality, and cleanliness; excellent communication skills, proficient in the English language (written and verbal), a second language is an asset; experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments; ability to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment; basic computer skills; must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment; maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times; effective verbal and written communication skills; prior supervisory experience is preferred; must be able to stand for extended periods of time; attention to detail and skilled organization; ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment; show genuine care for all co-workers and guests; able to project in a professional manner at all times
