Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
About: Pasadena Hotel and Pool is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. The role also involves assuming responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper when needed.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Experience in a hotel housekeeping or related field; Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; Must be effective in problem-solving and handling workplace issues; Must have basic arithmetic functions; Maintain a key control system for the department; Proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software; Clear communication skills; Desire to serve all guests; Must be 18 years of age or older
