Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
About: Pasadena Hotel and Pool is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also fulfill the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper when needed.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Experience in a hotel housekeeping or related field; Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; Must be effective in problem-solving and handling workplace issues; Must have basic arithmetic functions; Maintain a key control system for the department; Proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software; Clear communication skills; Desire to provide exceptional guest service; Minimum age of 18 years old to perform this job
