Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

The Palms at Sun City, located in Sun City, AZ, is currently seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping team at their large senior living community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting; strong leadership and communication skills; keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively; knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and infection control practices; proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products; physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks; flexible schedule required to ensure staffing needs are met, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; possession of an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to obtain one
