Requirements: Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity; Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift; Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed; Familiarity with housekeeping processes, cleaning techniques, and safety standards; Prior experience in hospitality or related field; Certification in sanitation or housekeeping management (preferred but not required)
