Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
About: Train Housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, oversee staff, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Resolve issues and respond to customer complaints. Participate in cleaning projects and maintain stock of cleaning supplies. Ensure safety and sanitation policies compliance at all times.
Requirements: Experience managing a team for 6 months to 1 year in a hotel environment and general cleaning experience for 1 year. Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience, knowledge of housekeeping, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills, effective communication skills.
