Position: Housekeeping Manager OEM
About: The Holiday Inn, Port of Miami – Downtown, features 200 spacious guest rooms, including eight Executive ‘Bayview’ Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Miami overlooking Biscayne Bay with direct access to the Metro Mover, downtown shops, and finance district.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; supervisory experience required; must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; must have a valid driver’s license; ability to convey information clearly; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; effective at handling high-pressure situations; ability to understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions
