Position: HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER – OASIS AT GOLD SPIKE

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred; Prior experience as a supervisor or manager in a housekeeping department; Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management; Strong leadership and team management abilities; Great organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness; Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols; Ability to manage budgets and control costs; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite; Bilingual preferred. Able to speak and write in English and Spanish.
