Position: Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Housekeeping department by overseeing operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing a worry-free stay for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position; knowledge and experience in labor management scheduling; ability to lead diverse teams; analytical, planning, and change implementation abilities; management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, and team building; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
