Requirements: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience required; proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests; multitasking and prioritization skills; strong problem-solving abilities; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; capacity to evaluate complex information from various sources to meet objectives.
