About: As a Housekeeper/Janitor, this position involves cleaning projects requiring advanced training and skills, inspecting work performed in assigned buildings/properties, and submitting reports to the supervisor. The work may include indoor and outdoor maintenance of the community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency preferred; previous custodial experience preferred; multiple language fluency desirable; strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
