About: The Frick Collection, an internationally recognized premier museum and research center located in New York, is known for its distinguished Old Master paintings and outstanding examples of European sculpture and decorative arts. The institution’s collection has grown over the decades, more than doubling in size since the opening of the museum in 1935, including the Frick Art Research Library, a top art history research center. After a comprehensive renovation, the museum has returned to its permanent home at 1 East 70th Street, with a plan to open to the public in spring 2025.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED; Two years professional cleaning experience; Ability to use all cleaning equipment including vacuums, mops, and brooms; Sensitivity to working around sensitive materials such as gilded elements, fabric-covered walls, and valuable works of art.
