About: A hotel is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper or Inspector. The role involves maintaining high levels of guest service and cleanliness, monitoring daily housekeeping services, and assisting in staff scheduling and budget management. Requirements: Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business or 2+ years of previous front office on-the-job training; minimum two years of housekeeping experience; knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling; ability to perform physical housekeeping tasks; good oral and written communication skills; flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays; professional appearance and demeanor
