Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor; positive attitude and willingness to learn maintenance; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; capable of working independently and in a team; flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions; active and valid driver’s license required.
