Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; previous housekeeping experience in a luxury environment preferred; knowledge of housekeeping required; positive attitude; professional image and personality; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; sense of initiative to surprise and delight guests; highly responsible, organized, and reliable; ability to work cohesively with minimal supervision; committed to delivering high customer service; strong guest service orientation required; self-confident and proactive; able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; ability to comply with company rules and regulations; skill in establishing effective relationships with coworkers and guests; able to communicate effectively both written and verbally; able to follow detailed directions and perform tasks accurately and efficiently; versatile and flexible with a positive attitude.
