About: Extended Stay America – Kansas City – Shawnee Mission is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. The role involves daily room servicing, stocking supplies, replacing bed linens, and following company standards and safety procedures. Additionally, deep cleaning tasks may be required as part of preventative maintenance activities. Extended Stay America offers fully equipped kitchens in every room and on-site laundry facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests in Kansas City.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail; effective communication skills with guests and team members; ability to evaluate and select courses of action quickly and work well in high-pressure situations.
