Position: HOUSEKEEPER/ PORTER – City Place Apartments
About: Royal American Management is seeking a Housekeeper/Porter to join their team. The position involves maintaining cleanliness in apartment homes and common areas, along with groundskeeping responsibilities. Previous experience in housekeeping in multi-family or hotel settings is preferred. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with a Monday to Friday work schedule. Strong attendance and communication skills are essential for building professional relationships and providing exceptional service in accordance with company policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in housekeeping preferred. Must be able to access all areas of the property, work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and effectively communicate with supervisors. Ability to follow safety protocols, stay updated on safety training, and handle emergency maintenance situations. Must have a government-issued state ID or valid driver’s license if required by management.
