Position: Housekeeper job
About: A housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. The role involves servicing guest rooms daily, stocking carts with room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room supplies while maintaining company standards and safety/security procedures. In some cases, the housekeeper may also perform ‘deep cleaning’ activities within guest rooms alongside preventive maintenance tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; strong attention to detail and effective communication with guests and team members; ability to convey information and ideas clearly; quick and accurate decision-making skills; ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
