Requirements: Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs; able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.; able to work various schedules and shifts as needed; basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; communicate effectively in English with employees and residents; general knowledge of sanitation; strong organization and time management skills; basic computer skills.
