About: Position: Housekeeper in a hotel division under the Housekeeping department. The Housekeeper provides courteous and prompt service to guests and other departments, ensuring hotel cleanliness standards are met and procedures are followed. General responsibilities include providing high-quality guest service, assisting with baggage, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various housekeeping tasks. Safety and security responsibilities involve emergency procedures, guest privacy, and safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, computer skills, professional appearance and attitude, physical mobility, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and lifting capabilities up to 30 lbs.
