General responsibilities include providing high-quality guest service, assisting with baggage, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various housekeeping tasks. Safety and security responsibilities involve emergency procedures, guest privacy, and safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, computer skills, professional appearance and attitude, physical mobility, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and lifting capabilities up to 30 lbs.
