About: Yarco Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cleaner/Customer Service Representative to ensure the cleanliness and resident satisfaction of properties in accordance with company standards. The role involves maintaining common spaces, keeping supply rooms stocked, and providing excellent customer service, including responding to emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED required; Experience: 1 year of customer service experience; Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds. If job includes driving for company business: Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier, reliable means of transportation, be insurable at standard rates for driving, and provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
