Position: Housekeeper job
About: Extended Stay America – Fort Wayne – South is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. The role involves servicing guest rooms daily, stocking carts with room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room supplies while adhering to company standards and safety/security procedures. This position may also entail conducting deep cleaning tasks within guest rooms alongside preventative maintenance activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; strong attention to detail; effective communication skills with guests and team members; ability to evaluate and select alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; capability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
