Position: Housekeeper job
About: Housekeeper (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) role at a residential community focused on providing a clean, orderly, and enjoyable environment for residents, guests, team members, and vendors.
Requirements: 1-2 years professional housekeeping experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and follow written instructions; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members; strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness; ability to perform physical cleaning work that includes standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 25 lbs); ability to maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to complete all assigned tasks in a safe and effective manner following OSHA standards and community expectations; ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal’s Core Values every day
