Position: Housekeeper job
About: The housekeeper position at our community is crucial for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our residents. We prioritize good customer service skills, punctuality, and efficiency in all cleaning tasks. This role reports to the Administrator and involves various cleaning and maintenance responsibilities within the facility, including specific attention to detail and resident safety.
Requirements: Experience in cleaning duties; Great Customer Service Skills; Training in basic first aid and CPR; Genuine interest in older adults; Good mental and physical health and good appearance; Ability to work congenially with others in administering duties; Good communication skills; Must have a team-oriented attitude; Change linens, make beds, dust furniture, vacuum, clean bathrooms; Possess qualities of loyalty and dependability; Awareness of resident’s rights; Possesses good organizational skills, follow-up skills, attention to details; Ability to carry out repetitive operations under specific instructions.
