Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; able to provide housekeeping and laundry services in a resident-centered environment meeting or exceeding quality standards; desire to work with seniors; ability to handle multiple priorities; possess effective communication and organizational skills; demonstrate good judgment and decision-making; work semi-independently following community procedures; perform tasks with frequent interruptions
