Requirements: 1-2 years professional housekeeping experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and follow written instructions; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; clear and professional communication skills; strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards; ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays; maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards and community expectations; embody the company’s culture and core values daily
