Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred; ability to provide housekeeping and laundry services meeting or exceeding quality standards; desire to work with seniors; ability to handle multiple priorities; strong written and verbal communication skills; competent in organizational and time management skills; demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to work independently and follow procedures with initiative; comfortable with frequent interruptions; familiarity with safety procedures like Personal Protective Equipment and MSDS; valid driver’s license if required for the role
