Position: Housekeeper job
About: This position is for a Housekeeper in the Facilities Department at Pellissippi State Community College. The role involves assisting the Custodial and Waste Management supervisor in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across campus facilities, including building inspections and responding to cleanup calls. Duties include manual cleaning of various areas, trash removal, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; proficiency in literacy for completion of OSHA training, blood borne pathogens, MSDS, and chemical safety; valid driver’s license; three years of cleaning experience in a commercial environment preferred.
