Requirements: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills. Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders, access various areas of the property, push or pull items, reach overhead, bend, stoop, kneel, grasp tools, see to perform inspections, hear and understand verbal communications, occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, operate a computer and other office equipment. This role is based onsite and requires exposure to outdoor elements, potentially confined spaces, heights, and hazardous areas.
