Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work well with people in emotional or stressful situations; organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to learn and work within a team environment; good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English; meet health requirements, including TB; pass a criminal background check; ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation
