Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines; handle pace and pressure well; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to provide excellent guest service; minimum age of 18 years; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to work schedules; ability to perform physical job demands such as lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
