Requirements: Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs; Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.; Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed; Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents; General knowledge of sanitation; Strong organization and time management skills; Basic computer skills
