Position: Housekeeper job
About: Fairfield Inn Chicago O’Hare is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. The role involves servicing guest rooms daily, stocking carts with room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room supplies while adhering to company standards and safety procedures. Additionally, the Housekeeper may perform deep cleaning activities within guest rooms alongside preventive maintenance tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; strong attention to detail; effective communication skills with guests and team members; ability to evaluate and select alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; perform well in stressful, high-pressure situations
