Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to provide exceptional hospitality and guest service; minimum age of 18 years; willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to work schedules and break times
