Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; handle pace and pressure in high-stress situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to serve all guests; minimum age requirement of 18 years; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to scheduled shift times; clear communication with supervisors for calling out of shifts as needed.
