Position: Housekeeper job
About: Capitol Lakes, a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in downtown Madison, is in need of a Full-Time Housekeeper to primarily work in the Independent Living Apartments. The work schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with work every other weekend included.
Requirements: Housekeeping, custodial, and cleaning experience; Must be able to pull heavy linen carts and trash carts; Ability to work independently; One (1) year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, or a related field is preferred; Requires active work with a moderate to high amount of physical activity including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and handling; Moderate to heavy physical labor involving frequent lifting of 35 to 50 lbs.
