Position: Housekeeper (Full-Time)
About: At Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald House, employees experience a culture of gratitude, fun, collaboration, and compassion. The housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness throughout the House, ensuring a welcoming environment for families with critically ill children. Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, floors, common areas, laundry/linen service, and assisting with general cleaning duties as needed. The housekeeper will also monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, identify maintenance issues, and provide guidance to House volunteers.
Requirements: At least 1-year related experience with cleaning products and tools; strong time management and punctuality; self-directed and motivated; attention to detail and safety procedures; good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
