Position: Housekeeper – Augusta
About: Under direct supervision, performs any combination of duties to maintain order, sanitation, and cleanliness in facilities. Maintains supplies as needed. Cleans and straightens assigned areas. Collects, sorts, launders, transports, and distributes linens and uniforms. May mend linens and assist in preventative maintenance and repair. Observes required safety precautions in disposing of contaminated refuse. Operates hand tools. Participates in making, marking, altering, and mending clothing, linens, and other items. Any combination of training and experience that would have enabled the applicant to have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training or work experience
