Requirements: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; have a high school diploma or equivalent; be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents; possess a positive and energetic attitude; maintain a professional appearance and conduct; be physically active as the role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds; be in good health and clear of criminal records.
