Position: House Steward / Housekeeping Associate
About: Warr Acres Nursing Center is seeking a Housekeeper to perform day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. The Housekeeper will report to the Administrator and/or the Director of Housekeeping for guidance and direction in meeting facility standards and regulations.
Requirements: Must possess at least an 8th grade education; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; capable of making independent decisions and following instructions; adept at dealing tactfully with various individuals; willingness to work harmoniously with others and handle residents at different maturity levels; able to follow cleaning instructions and maintain sanitation standards; no direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
