Position: House Parents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to work as Flex House Parents. This unique opportunity involves residing in on-campus student homes, nurturing and guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
