Position: House Manager – Porter
About: Join The Doe Fund on a mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism by providing holistic services, housing, and work opportunities to underserved populations including the formerly homeless and incarcerated, disconnected youth, veterans, and people living with AIDS. The flagship transitional work program, Ready, Willing & Able, integrates paid work, occupational training, and holistic supportive services to facilitate an individual’s return to mainstream society.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; must be able to lift 50 lbs; certifications in CPF/First Aid, F80/Fire Safety & Alarm Systems (Homeless Shelter), and Naloxone preferred; experience working in human services, preferably with Chemically Dependent, Formerly Incarcerated, and/or Homeless populations preferred; computer literate; must be comfortable navigating databases and proficient in Microsoft Office-based programs: i.e., Word, Excel, and sending/receiving emails.
