Position: Hourly Team Members
About: Dave’s Hot Chicken, a popular and rapidly growing restaurant chain founded by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, Tommy, and Gary Rubenyan, is currently seeking dedicated Team Members to join the team. Dave’s Hot Chicken is known for its delicious hot chicken menu offerings and has gained a cult following with its craveable ‘Hot and Spicy’ varieties.
Requirements: Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred; Must be at least 16 years old; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts; Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to bend and stoop and lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably; Ability to work in close quarters and around heat; Positive attitude while conducting duties; Commitment to guest satisfaction; Effective communicator with teammates and management; Excellent time management skills; Must have reliable transportation to work; Must have a reliable method of communicating with the restaurant management team and teammates
