Requirements: Minimum 5 years of culinary experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef; Knowledgeable in menu development, menu writing, butchery in fresh seafood and meats; Proficient in pastries, baking, soups, sauces, and stocks; Understanding of product timing and presentation; Creative eye for product presentation; Familiarity with food cost analysis, Vegan and/or Vegetarian products
