Position: Hourly Sous Chef, Centrico and Tiendita
About: Patina Restaurant Group, a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, is hiring a full-time or part-time Cook 3 to join the team at Centrico and Tiendita in Anaheim, California. This role involves showcasing culinary skills and leadership in the kitchen, working closely with management to plan menus, maintain quality standards, train kitchen staff, operate equipment, adhere to health codes, and manage costs effectively.
Requirements: At least 2 years of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position; ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes; basic math skills, including recipe measurements; no high school diploma or GED required
