Position: Hourly Shift Managers
About: The Kades Corporation is one of the largest McDonald’s Franchises in the United States, operating 38 McDonald’s restaurants in the Beaumont and Houston areas. We are seeking experienced and driven leaders at the shift manager level to join our team.
Requirements: Previous management experience; Proven track record of leading a team; Ability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Excellent organizational skills; Customer service approach with complaint management
