Position: Hourly Shift Manager

Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, and manage various aspects such as safety, security, profitability, and staff coordination. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, aged 18 or older.
