Position: Hourly Restaurant Manager
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a rapidly growing food chain with a rich legacy dating back to 2006 in Austin, Texas, is seeking dedicated Assistant Managers to join their team. The company’s mission is to be damn good and to serve people the best damn tacos, driven by their passion for quality and attention to detail in every aspect of their operations.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants, including full service, fast food, or convenience preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and operate effectively with flexible hours; competency of basic computer functions; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; bilingualism is a plus; physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; stand for long periods and perform physical tasks at various height levels
