Position: Hourly Restaurant Manager
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a well-established restaurant chain with a mission to serve people the best damn tacos, is seeking Assistant Managers to join their team. The Torchy’s legacy started in Austin, Texas in 2006 and has since expanded to operate in multiple states, embodying a passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and flexible hours; basic computer skills; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds; strong communication and teamwork skills; bilingual skills a plus
