Position: Hourly Restaurant Manager
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a well-established food chain originating from Austin, Texas in 2006 and now with numerous locations across multiple states, is seeking experienced Assistant Managers to join their team. The company’s mission is to provide exceptional service and serve the best tacos to their customers, driven by passion and attention to detail.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants, including full service, fast food, or convenience, preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and flexible hours; competency in basic computer functions; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; willingness to work varied schedules based on business needs; bilingual skills a plus
